UMass Memorial Health the leading health and wellness system in Central Massachusetts is seeking a full-time Nurse Practitioner or Physician Assistant to join our growing Metabolic Weight Loss team at UMass Memorial Medical Center. This is an excellent opportunity to become part of a collaborative supportive team providing comprehensive obesity care to adolescent and adult patients ages 12 and older.

This is a mixed adolescent and adult practice and we are specifically seeking an APP with clinical experience caring for both adolescents (age 12) and adults affected by obesity. The APP will work alongside three physicians an obesity medicine fellow and two other APPs in a team-based environment focused on evidence-based compassionate and longitudinal care.

Qualifications
Required:

• Graduate of an accredited Nurse Practitioner or Physician Assistant program
• Current NP or PA certification
• Eligibility for Massachusetts licensure
• Clinical experience in a medical endocrinology or obesity medicine practice
• Experience caring for both adolescents age 12 and older and adults
• Strong clinical communication and teamwork skills
