Meridian Health Partners is seeking Wound Care Certified Advanced Practice Providers (NPs/PAs) to deliver compassionate high-quality care in post-acute/skilled nursing facilities and senior living communities throughout the Dallas/Fort Worth area. The ideal candidate has experience managing complex wounds in the post-acute setting and is committed to improving patient outcomes through evidence-based wound care.
