Nurse Practitioner- Sleep Medicine | Seattle area

A well-established not-for-profit healthcare system in the Seattle area is actively seeking a full-time Pulmonary / Sleep Medicine Nurse Practitioner (Pulm/Sleep APP) to join its growing specialty team. The organization participates in the Public Service Loan Forgiveness (PSLF) Program.

Position Overview
Provide outpatient pulmonary and sleep medicine care for adult patients
Evaluate diagnose and manage pulmonary conditions such as COPD asthma chronic cough and pulmonary infections
Assess and manage sleep-related disorders including sleep apnea insomnia and hypersomnia
Conduct patient consultations follow-up visits and treatment planning
Collaborate closely with pulmonologists and sleep medicine physicians on comprehensive care plans
Interpret sleep studies pulmonary function tests (PFTs) and diagnostic imaging as appropriate
Educate patients on CPAP/BiPAP therapy medication management smoking cessation and lifestyle modifications
Order and interpret labs imaging and diagnostic studies
Maintain accurate documentation in EMR systems

Qualifications
Certified Nurse Practitioner (NP) or Physician Assistant (PA)
Active or eligible for Washington State licensure
Active/eligible DEA registration
Prior experience in pulmonary sleep medicine internal medicine or primary care preferred
Strong clinical assessment and patient management skills
Ability to work both independently and collaboratively
