Job Summary
Job Title: Nurse Practitioner
Job Location: Hospital in Newport Beach California
Hourly Compensation: $80/hr
Schedule: M-F 8:30am -5pm
Job Description:
-May order blood products laboratory tests radiological ultrasound nuclear medicine and neurological studies oxygen therapy respiratory treatment and pulmonary tests.
-May perform drain and suture removal.
-May order and administer medications and IV therapy with the ability to assess and adjust appropriate dosing.
Required Work Experience: 2 years geriatric experience required
**Once candidate selected may need to complete Hoags internal screening as well. Can take 2-3 months.
Job Qualifications:
-Current license in good standing to practice as a Registered Nurse and Nurse Practitioner in California.
-BLS required.
-National board certification as Nurse Practitioner in area of specialty required.
-ACLS required.
