Nurse Practitioner or Physician Assistant - Vein Disease Clinic

- $140000 to $170000 Base Salary depending on experience

LOCATION:
- greater Phoenix metro area
- 8 office locations
- position rotates through multiple sites (one office per day)
COMPANY PROFILE:
This vascular medicine organization opened its first clinic in 2020 and today operates 8 offices in the greater Phoenix area. Together with support teams their clinicians offer vein disease services in comfortable modern settings focused on excellent patient experiences.
POSITION DESCRIPTION:
This practice is a vein treatment organization that offers a high-quality environment focused on excellent patient experiences. Their offices are staffed with physicians advanced practice providers medical assistants sonographers and administrative personnel.
On procedure days providers typically perform 3 procedures per hour. On clinic days providers see an average of 12 patients per day.
Duties of the role include but are not limited to:
- radiofrequency ablations
- Varithena
- evaluate patients and develop personalized treatment plans
- follow-up visits
- non-procedural treatments
- collaborate with physicians ultrasound technologists medical assistants and the care team
- educate patients on diagnosis treatment options and recovery expectations
- help guide patients through the full treatment journey
- support clinical workflows quality improvement and patient care operations
- travel locally between clinic locations as needed
The practice sees patients for among other conditions:
- venous insufficiency
- varicose veins
- spider veins
- restless leg syndrome
- leg swelling
- leg heaviness
The practice uses the DrChrono EHR and state-of-the-art ultrasound equipment.
REQUIREMENTS:
- active NP or PA license
- prescriptive authority
- 1 year experience with vein procedures
- excellent bedside manner
