Nurse Practitioner Per Diem

Were seeking a Nurse Practitioner able to work Per Diem with Salud Family Health in Fort Morgan CO.

At Salud our Nurse Practitioners approach their tasks in a team-based care fashion that supports patients and their families in self-management self-efficacy and behavior change. As a Nurse Practitioner at Salud you will perform routine clinic operations take histories and make physical assessments all the while adhering to the spirit of the SALUD mission statement.

We offer:

• $51.97 to $68.20 per hour

Qualifications :

Education:

• Must have graduated or be graduating from an accredited Nurse Practitioner program
• Must be board certified 

Licensure:

• Possess an unrestricted Nurse Practitioner license in good standing in the State of Colorado

Knowledge Skills and Abilities:

• The ability to speak Spanish is strongly preferred
• Sensitivity to low-income and ethnic minority communities is a must

Experience:

•  3 years of experience in a clinical setting as a Nurse Practitioner / Physician Assistant preferred
