Job Summary
Physician Assistants and Nurse Practitioners are encouraged to consider a full-time position with Liberty Healthcares medical group at DHCI - a highly rated skilled nursing facility located in Smyrna Delaware.
Responsibilities
- Providing primary care to a case load of approximately forty patients
- Rounding on units daily and evaluating patients
- Conducting examinations performing diagnostic tests providing preventive care developing and managing treatment plans for acute and chronic diseases and prescribing medications
- Providing consultation and health education to nursing and ancillary staff
- Collaborating with the facilitys onsite Medical Director Nurse Practitioner RNs and direct support staff
- Actively participating in multidisciplinary treatment team meetings
Workplace and schedule
You will work onsite at DHCI Monday through Fridayfrom 8:00 am until 4:30 pm.
