Nurse Practitioner or Physician Assistant, Primary Care Womens Health

Tia is building a new model for womens healthcare one that treats women as whole people rather than as separate conditions or life stages. By integrating primary care mental health gynecology and wellness across in-person and virtual settings Tia is improving outcomes and creating a better experience for patients and providers.

We are hiring a Nurse Practitioner or Physician Assistant to provide comprehensive in-person care at our Culver City clinic.

We welcome providers from a range of clinical backgrounds including:

• Primary care providers who are interested in caring for women across their lifespan
• Womens health or gynecology-focused providers
• Broadly trained providers who are comfortable managing both primary care and gynecologic needs

Your patient mix will reflect your experience training and clinical strengths. Depending on your background you may provide primary care gynecology and reproductive healthcare or a combination of visit types.

Based on your experience training and clinical scope you may:

• Provide preventive and problem-based primary care including annual wellness visits chronic condition management acute concerns health screenings and preventive counseling
• Provide preventive and problem-based gynecology care including annual exams contraception STI care cervical cancer screening follow-up pregnancy confirmation and pregnancy-options counseling
• Evaluate and manage womens health concerns such as menopause and perimenopause PCOS abnormal bleeding pelvic pain fibroids endometriosis fertility concerns sexual wellness and vaginal vulvar urinary or genital symptoms
• Address behavioral health sexual health reproductive health and other whole-person care needs within scope
• Perform physical examinations specimen collection testing and procedures within your training licensure credentialing and Tias clinical scope
• Recognize when patients need laboratory testing imaging specialty referral procedural care or a higher level of care
• Review results develop care plans communicate next steps and coordinate follow-up
• Collaborate with physicians APPs nurses mental health clinicians operations and clinical leadership
• Use technology data and clinical protocols to support high-quality evidence-based care

• Active California NP or PA license
• Current national board certification such as ANCC AANP NCC or NCCPA
• Active DEA registration or the ability to obtain one before starting
• 2 years of independent outpatient clinical experience
• A strong clinical foundation in primary care womens health gynecology reproductive health or a combination of these areas
• Strong clinical judgment and patient communication skills
• Commitment to inclusive culturally responsive trauma-informed and patient-centered care
• Comfort working within a collaborative technology-enabled care model

We are especially interested in candidates with experience in one or more of the following areas:

• Adult or family primary care
• Gynecology or womens health
• Reproductive or sexual health
• Integrated primary care and gynecology
• Menopause and perimenopause care
• Contraception and family planning
• Weight management or preventive health
• Outpatient procedures within APP scope

• Family Nurse Practitioner Adult-Gerontology Primary Care Nurse Practitioner Womens Health Nurse Practitioner Physician Assistant or another relevant certification
• Experience caring for women across different life stages
• Experience managing a broad range of outpatient primary care or gynecologic concerns
• Experience performing procedures within APP scope
• Experience in an integrated or multidisciplinary care setting

Candidates should join with a strong existing foundation in their primary area of practice.

Additional training may be provided based on experience and role needs in areas such as menopause care sexual wellness weight management medical dermatology gynecologic care procedural scope and Tias clinical workflows and technology.

This role is based in our Culver City clinic and requires in-person patient care.

Tia is committed to pay equity and pay transparency. Compensation will be determined based on experience skills qualifications location role level business needs and market conditions.

The expected base salary range is $150000 to $170000 depending on level and experience.
