- Perform minimally invasive vein procedures including Radiofrequency Ablation (RFA) and Varithena
- Evaluate patients and develop individualized treatment plans
- Diagnose and manage chronic venous disease
- Educate patients regarding treatment options procedures and recovery
- Collaborate with physicians ultrasound technologists medical assistants and clinical staff
- Maintain accurate medical documentation
- Travel between Phoenix-area clinic locations as needed
- Licensed Nurse Practitioner or Physician Assistant in Arizona (or eligible for licensure)
- Minimum 1 year of hands-on vein procedure experience
- Experience performing RFA and Varithena strongly preferred
- Comfortable working in a fast-paced outpatient procedural practice
- Excellent communication and patient care skills
- Team-oriented with a positive professional attitude
- BLS required; ACLS preferred
- $140000-$170000 annual salary
