An established independent Internal Medicine practice is seeking an experiencedNurse Practitioner or Physician Assistantto join its highly respected team. This physician-owned practice has been serving the community for decades and is known for its collaborative culture exceptional staff and outstanding patient care.

Position Highlights

• Full-time four-day workweek outpatient Internal Medicine
• Outpatient Internal Medicine seeing 16-18 patients/day
• Work alongside 2 physicians and 5 experienced Advanced Practice Providers in a modern facility with 18-exam rooms
• Strong focus on preventive care chronic disease management and personalized patient relationships

Compensation & Benefits

• Competitive salary $120000 - $140000 depending on experience
• Comprehensive benefits package including health insurance malpractice coverage
• CME allowance and generous paid time off

Ideal Candidate

• Board Certified Nurse Practitioner or Physician Assistant
• 3-5 years of experience in Internal Medicine or Primary Care
• Efficient patient-focused and committed to delivering high-quality care
• A collaborative team player with a proven track record of building positive relationships with colleagues and patients
