Nurse Practitioner – Neurology | Seattle area , Washington

A well-established not-for-profit healthcare system in the Seattle area is actively seeking a full-time Nurse Practitioner Neurology to join its growing neuroscience team. The organization participates in the Public Service Loan Forgiveness (PSLF) Program.

Position Overview
Provide outpatient neurology care for adult patients in collaboration with neurologists and specialty providers
Evaluate diagnose and manage neurological conditions including headaches epilepsy neuropathy Parkinsons disease dementia stroke follow-up and multiple sclerosis
Conduct patient consultations follow-up visits and ongoing care management
Collaborate closely with physicians rehabilitation specialists and primary care providers on treatment planning and care coordination
Assist with neurological assessments medication management and patient education
Interpret and review diagnostic studies including EEGs MRIs CT scans and laboratory results as appropriate
Educate patients and families regarding neurological conditions medications and lifestyle modifications
Maintain accurate documentation in EMR systems

Qualifications
Certified Nurse Practitioner (NP)
Active or eligible for Washington State licensure
Active/eligible DEA registration
Prior experience in neurology internal medicine or primary care preferred
Strong clinical assessment and patient management skills
Ability to work both independently and collaboratively
