What Youll Do

Perform new patient evaluations and follow-up visits
Review medical history imaging and diagnostic studies
Develop individualized treatment plans
Perform trigger point injections and joint injections
Assist with regenerative medicine procedures
Administer IV nutritional therapies and NAD infusions
Provide hormone optimization and wellness consultations
Educate patients on treatment options and lifestyle recommendations
Maintain accurate medical documentation and charting
Collaborate with physicians and multidisciplinary providers

Ideal Candidate

Active South Carolina Nurse Practitioner License
Interest in regenerative medicine orthopedics pain management or functional medicine
Experience with injections preferred but not required
Passion for helping patients improve function mobility and quality of life
