A fast-growing long-term care group is seeking a compassionate and dedicated Nurse Practitioner to join our team at a nursing home in Matawan NJ.
This is an opportunity to make a real impact on patients lives while working with a supportive and mission-driven team.
Responsibilities:
- Provide a full scope of primary care including new admissions routine follow-up visits and comprehensive medical management for residents
- Collaborate with an interdisciplinary team to ensure high-quality patient-centered care
Requirements:
- Active Nurse Practitioner license in the state of NJ
- Minimum of 6 months NP experience
- Prior nursing home or long-term care experience highly preferred

Schedule:
Full time Monday till Friday
Compensation & Benefits:
- Competitive annual salary ranging from $140000 to $155000
