This is an outstanding opportunity for an experienced Acute Care Nurse Practitioner seeking a highly autonomous role with clinical variety strong physician and APP partnership and an exceptional worklife balance.
Summary:
Nurse Practitioner I - Interventional Radiology plays a key role supporting the IR consult and inpatient service working closely with IR attending physicians residents and advanced practice colleagues. This role focuses on clinical evaluation consult management inpatient care and care coordination rather than routine procedural work.
Schedule
- Four (4) 10hour day shifts per week; No call No weekends No holidays.
Qualifications:
- Master of Science in Nursing (MSN) or Doctor of Nursing Practice (DNP) from an accredited nursing program
- Active Maryland or Compact RN license
- Active Maryland CRNP license or letter from the Maryland Board of Nursing approving practice as an NP graduate while completing Johns Hopkins credentialing
- Acute Care Nurse Practitioner certification
- BLS CPR certification (AHA Red Cross or Military Training Network accepted)
- Minimum 3 years of acute care RN experience
Preferred:
- Prior Interventional Radiology or procedural service experience
- ICU stepdown or radiology nursing background
- Experience managing inpatient consult services
- Comfort working independently in fastpaced clinical settings

Salary Range: Minimum 58.03/hour - Maximum 89.94/hour. Compensation will be commensurate with equity and experience for roles of similar scope and responsibility. In cases where the range is displayed as a $0 amount salary discussions will occur during candidate screening calls before any subsequent compensation discussion is held between the candidate and any hiring authority.
