Background Profile:

Licensed Nurse Practitioner in AZ
REQUIRED: Drug Enforcement Administration License (DEA)
REQUIRED: Active Medication Management with Prescriptive Authority Certification
6 months to 1 years Nurse Practitioner experience Preferred
You would describe yourself as a Self-Motivated Friendly/Positive Professional who brings an Always ready to help attitude
You have a PASSION for providing Comprehensive & Compassionate care to patients
You are an Excellent Communicator with an ability to work autonomously and within a team environment
You bring exceptional organizational skills time management follow-through attention to detail & accuracy
Must be a US citizen or Green Card holder to be considered
