Job Summary
We are currently seeking qualified candidates for a full time Nurse Practitioner (NP)positionin the Beaumont area.
Job Description:
The NP provides general medical care and treatment to patients in medical facility such as clinic health center or public health agency under direction of Physician by performing the following duties. Responsible for in-house nursing facility visits to hospice patients for the purpose of conducting the face-to-face 60 day recertification encounter.
Qualifications:
- LicensedNurse Practitionerin the State of Texas
- 1 years experience as a Nurse Practitioner
- Experience with hospice preferred
- Effective written and verbal communication
- Ability to travel a must
- Clean backgrounddrug screen and driving record
