Responsibilities:* Strengthens health outcomes through the provision of safe quality clinically appropriate nursing care in partnership with patients/clients and other health professionals.* In collaboration with members of the healthcare team plan implement and evaluates patient/client care.* Work effectively within a multidisciplinary team contributing to a strong team approach through open communication and a positive supportive approach.* Contribute to the maintenance and promotion of a safe work environment.* Deliver safe efficient and evidence-based patient care that meets individual needs.* Advocate for patients manage resources effectively and maintain clear accurate clinical documentation.* Provide specialized nursing care including cannulation and wound care.* Recognize and respond appropriately to deteriorating patients ensuring timely escalation and :* Minimum 2 years post graduate nursing experience.* Demonstrate time management and organizational skills.* Experience in Rehabilitation desirable but not essential.* Experience in leading cross functional teams within a complex matrix environment.* Strong communication and organizational skills.* Good judgement and decision-making skills; able to respond quickly to issues and effectively resolve.* Computer : * Bachelor of Nursing or equivalent approved qualification.* Current RN License is required.* CPI certification within three months of hire is required.* A high level of accountability for your own work.* A friendly and positive attitude with the ability to demonstrate client-focused :* Bonus Compensation* Health Insurance* Paid time off plan (Vacation Holidays etc.)* 401(k) savings plans.* Life Insurance.
