• 24/7 in-house OB hospitalist and pediatric hospitalist services
• Level II Special Care Nursery (32 weeks)

Compensation:

• Base salary: $140000$145000 (includes 200 hours vacation/CME)
• wRVU productivity bonus: $26.00 per wRVU no cap
• Signing bonus: $5000
• CME/board certification allowance: $3500

Job/Practice Description: Certified Nurse Midwife

• Practice across two clinic locations in Findlay and Bluffton
• Weekday schedule: two 8-hour clinic days plus one 24-hour call day with OB hospitalist support
• Weekend call: 1:4 rotation (Friday/Saturday)
• Deliveries take place at a hospital located off I-75 about 45 minutes south of Toledo
• Experience with perinatal education diabetes management and substance use considerations valued
• Ability to work both independently and within a collaborative team-based model
• Flexible scheduling and supportive practice environment

Requirements:

• Current certification through the American Midwifery Certification Board (AMCB)
• Minimum of 2 years of CNM experience preferred
