As the NICU Nurse Manager youll play a vital role assisting the Director in overseeing all department activities ensuring exceptional care for neonates and their families. Youll foster a culture of excellence teamwork and continuous quality improvement in the Womens Services Units.

• Collaborate closely with the Director to coordinate department efforts aligned with the facilitys mission and vision

• Lead and support nursing staff by providing clinical guidance and leadership

• Oversee and participate in Performance Improvement initiatives to boost patient outcomes

• Ensure nursing care delivery follows the nursing process and quality standards

• Assist with planning implementing and evaluating patient care strategies

• Manage staffing scheduling and foster a positive supportive work environment

Minimum 2 years of recent acute care NICU leadership experience (Manager or Charge Nurse)
BSN required
Current RN license in Texas or multi-state compact license (Texas RN license required within 60 days of hire)
Current BLS (AHA) certification

• 3 PM 11 PM

• Weekends with rotation and on-call responsibilities

• Competitive hourly rate: $40 - $58/hr (based heavily on years of experience)
