Job Description
What you will be doing: Nurse Manager - Med Surg/Tele
  • Work full-time 8-hour day shifts.
  • Maintain 24-hour accountability for the clinical leadership of staff.
  • Be responsible for overall personnel and fiscal management.
  • Develop clinical standards and staff development.
  • Continuously improve activities within assigned areas.
Experience you will need: Nurse Manager - Med Surg/Tele
  • Bachelors Degree in Nursing Administration Nursing or a related field.
  • California Registered Nurse License upon hire.
  • National Provider BLS - American Heart Association certification upon hire.
  • 3 years of relevant clinical experience.
  • 2 to 3 years of relevant clinical leadership experience.
