We are seeking a visionary OB leader who wants more than operational
oversight. This is a rare opportunity to revitalize an existing Womens
Services program help shape strategic growth initiatives and play a
key leadership role in the development of a brand-new acute care
hospital serving Palm Beach County.
Over the next four years our organization will be investing in a new
hospital campus designed to meet the evolving healthcare needs of one of
South Floridas most desirable and rapidly growing communities. Womens
Services growth is a strategic priority and we are looking for a leader
who wants to influence that future from the ground floor.
This role offers a unique combination of immediate operational
leadership and long-term strategic impact. The selected leader will
strengthen clinical quality elevate patient and physician experience
cultivate a culture of excellence and help design the future state of
Labor & Delivery Postpartum Nursery and Womens Services operations
within a new hospital environment.
