OPEN JOB: Nurse Manager- Emergency Department
LOCATION: Randallstown Maryland

BASE SALARY: $97323 to $150841
EMPLOYER: Major Hospital
We are seeking an experienced Registered Nurse leader to oversee daily operations of the Emergency Department support a collaborative team and drive excellence in patient care.
EMERGENCY DEPARTMENT
- 55-bed unit providing high-quality care to more than 49000 patients annually
- Leadership team consists of (2) Assistant Nurse Managers Reporting to the Director a Lead Emergency Room Technician and (2) Educators.
- The manger will oversee approximately 98 FTEs.
Key Responsibilities:
- Lead and coordinate 24/7 Emergency Department operations.
- Mentor coach and develop nursing staff to achieve exceptional patient outcomes.
- Ensure compliance with regulatory and accreditation standards.
- Monitor quality safety staffing and financial performance.
- Implement evidence-based practices and performance improvement initiatives.
- Foster a positive team-oriented culture focused on compassionate patient-centered care.
- Experience in leading change management and process improvement.
- Experince with lean principles.
- Strong working knowledge of regulatory and accreditation standards.
Qualifications:
- Current Maryland Registered Nurse (RN) license (or eligibility to obtain one).
- Basic Life Support (BLS) certification.
- 35 years of nursing experience with demonstrated leadership skills preferred.
- Strong communication organizational and critical thinking abilities.
