What Youll Do

Lead daily nursing operations within the residential treatment program

Mentor coach and develop nursing staff

Support staffing onboarding and team development

Promote exceptional patient care and patient safety

Partner with physicians clinical teams and program leadership

Drive quality improvement initiatives

Monitor nursing competencies licensure and compliance requirements

Serve as a clinical resource and provide coverage support when needed

Foster a positive collaborative and accountable team environment

What Were Looking For

Required Qualifications

Active RN license in North Carolina (or Compact License)

Associate Degree or higher in Nursing

3 years of leadership or supervisory experience

Strong communication and team-building skills

Ability to lead through collaboration professionalism and accountability

Preferred Qualifications

Behavioral Health experience

Substance Use Treatment experience

Healthcare leadership experience

Schedule & Flexibility

This position primarily works a MondayFriday daytime schedule. Because the residential program operates 24/7 the Nurse Manager is expected to occasionally provide leadership support during off-shifts evenings or weekends to maintain visibility support staff and ensure operational excellence. Flexibility is provided when additional coverage or rounding is required.
