As the Nurse Manager II Operating Room you will provide operational and clinical leadership for surgical services ensuring safe efficient and compassionate care across a complex healthcare environment. You will partner with physicians clinical leaders and multidisciplinary teams to drive best practices improve workflows develop talent and advance a culture of excellence.

What Youll Do

  • Lead daily operations for the Operating Room in a 24/7 acute care environment
  • Develop and support a highly engaged team through coaching mentoring and talent development
  • Ensure delivery of safe evidence-based care aligned with regulatory and quality standards
  • Partner with physicians and healthcare leaders to improve surgical services and patient outcomes
  • Drive process improvement initiatives focused on quality safety efficiency and patient experience
  • Manage staffing resource utilization budgets equipment and operational priorities
  • Maintain survey readiness and compliance with regulatory requirements
  • Lead change initiatives that improve care delivery and team performance

What Youll Bring

  • Bachelors degree in Nursing (BSN)
  • Current California Registered Nurse license
  • Minimum 5 years of patient care experience
  • Minimum 4 years of healthcare leadership experience
  • Operating Room or perioperative nursing leadership experience preferred
  • Strong knowledge of regulatory standards quality improvement and clinical operations
  • Proven ability to lead teams manage complex priorities and drive measurable results
