Your Role as a Nursing Assistant:

1. Patient Care: Assist patients with daily activities such as bathing dressing and eating.
2. Vital Signs Monitoring: Measure and record patients vital signs including temperature blood pressure and pulse.
3. Mobility Assistance: Help patients with mobility including turning positioning and transferring.
4. Patient Comfort: Ensure patient comfort by providing clean linens adjusting beds and responding promptly to call lights.
5. Support Nursing Staff: Assist nurses with medical procedures and provide support during patient care activities.
6. Documentation: Accurately document patient care activities and report any changes in patient condition to the nursing staff.
7. Communication: Communicate effectively with patients families and healthcare team members.
