Primary Responsibilities

Assist clients with activities of daily living including bathing grooming dressing toileting and personal care
Provide companionship and emotional support
Offer medication reminders
Assist with meal preparation and light housekeeping
Provide transportation to appointments and errands when needed
Monitor and report changes in client condition to the care team
Follow individualized care plans to ensure client safety and well-being

Qualifications

Current Hawaii Nurse Aide (NA) registration or Certified Nursing Assistant (CNA) certification required
Completion of a Hawaii State-approved Nurse Aide or CNA training program
Compassionate dependable and professional attitude
Strong communication and interpersonal skills
Ability to work independently while following individualized care plans
Reliable transportation to client homes
Valid drivers license and ability to transport clients is a plus but not required for all assignments
