Shift Timing: 8:00 AM 4:30 PM

Job Summary:

Navitas Healthcare LLC isseeking an experienced Nuclear Medicine Technologist for a travel assignment within a fast-paced cardiovascular clinic environment. The ideal candidate will have recent clinic-based nuclear medicine experience and strong skills performing nuclear stress testing and PET/CT procedures.

Key Responsibilities:

• Perform Nuclear Medicine and PET/CT imaging procedures

• Conduct approximately:

  • 810 Nuclear Stress Tests daily

  • 5 PET/CT Stress Tests daily

• Prepare and position patients for imaging procedures

• Administer radiopharmaceuticals following physician orders and safety protocols

• Monitor patient condition during procedures and ensure patient comfort

• Accurately document imaging results and patient information

• Collaborate with physicians and healthcare staff to provide quality patient care

• Maintain imaging equipment and comply with radiation safety standards

• Follow all facility protocols HIPAA guidelines and infection control procedures

Required Qualifications:

• Graduate of an accredited school of Radiologic Technology or Nuclear Medicine required

• Active CNMT Certification required upon hire OR ARRT (N)

• Minimum 1 year of recent clinic experience within the last 3 years

• Experience in a nuclear medicine clinic setting strongly preferred

• Ability to independently perform daily Nuclear Medicine procedures in a high-volume clinic environment

• Strong communication and patient care skills
