The Nuclear Medicine Technologist Per Diem will:

• Prepare patient for nuclear medicine diagnostic testing as appropriate to the ages of the patients growth and development through the life cycle factors (Neonates Pediatrics Adolescents Adults Geriatrics)
• Prepare radiopharmaceuticals and maintains records as appropriate to the ages of the patients growth and development through the life cycle factors (Neonates Pediatrics Adolescents Adults Geriatrics)
• Prepare and operate imaging equipment as appropriate to the ages of the patients growth and development through the life cycle factors

Requirements:

• Possesses NJ State license in nuclear medicine.
• Possesses a working knowledge of scintillation cameras and related computers.
• Must possess interpersonal skills sufficient to interact effectively with other departments within the Hospital attending physicians and other hospitals.
• Must possess interpersonal skills sufficient to interact with extremely ill and/or irritable patients.
• BLS Certification required as approved by the American Heart Association.

Salary Range:55.00 - 55.00 USD

We offer competitive base rates that are determined by many factors including job-related work experience internal equity and industry-specific market data. In addition to base salary some positions may be eligible for clinical certification pay and shift differentials.

The salary range listed for exempt positions reflects full-time compensation and will be prorated based on employment status.
