About the Role We are seeking a skilled Nuclear Medicine Technologist for a quick-start contract opportunity in Lawton OK. This role is responsible for administering radioactive medications operating nuclear imaging equipment and supporting accurate diagnostic imaging for patient care.
Responsibilities
Administer radioactive medications according to established safety standards
Operate nuclear medicine imaging equipment to capture diagnostic images
Monitor and track radiation within the patients body during imaging procedures
Prepare patients for procedures and explain the imaging process clearly
Maintain accurate imaging records and follow department protocols
Support safe high-quality care in a fast-paced diagnostic imaging environment
Requirements
Active Oklahoma state license required
ARRT(N) certification required
BLS/BCLS required
Minimum 1 year of Nuclear Medicine Technologist experience required
Must provide RTO at the time of submission
Compliance must be completed one week prior to start
Local candidates within 50 miles may be considered at a reduced rate
Former direct employees are not eligible to return through agency until 6 months after prior direct employment
