Location: Carbondale Illinois
Pay Rate: $80/hr
Contract: 13 weeks
Schedule: 8:00 AM 4:30 PM weekends as required
Total Working Hours per week: 36 hours
Experience: Minimum 1 year of Nuclear Medicine Technologist experience
About the Role
We are seeking a Nuclear Medicine Technologist for a 13-week diagnostic imaging assignment in Carbondale Illinois. This role is specifically for a medical imaging professional with nuclear medicine experience. Lab technicians without nuclear medicine imaging experience will not qualify.
Responsibilities

Perform nuclear medicine imaging procedures according to facility standards

Prepare patients for nuclear medicine exams and explain procedures clearly

Operate nuclear medicine imaging equipment safely and accurately

Follow radiation safety protocols and imaging department procedures

Maintain accurate documentation in EPIC

Collaborate with radiologists physicians and imaging team members

Support quality patient care in a professional imaging environment
Requirements

Active Illinois license or applicable state credential required

Minimum 1 year of Nuclear Medicine Technologist experience required

Nuclear medicine imaging background required

EPIC experience required

Diagnostic imaging experience required

Ability to work weekends as required
