Job Title: Nuclear Medicine Technologist (Travel Contract)

Location: Lafayette IN
Contract Duration: 13 Weeks

We are seeking a Nuclear Medicine Technologist for a travel assignment at a short-term acute care facility. This role is ideal for both experienced professionals and first-time travelers who are comfortable working in a fast-paced environment and collaborating closely with a multidisciplinary team.

• Full-time contract
• Guaranteed Hours:
  • 40 hours/week (8- or 10-hour shifts)
  • 36 hours/week (3 x 12-hour shifts)
  • 48 hours/week (4 x 12-hour shifts)
• Weekend call coverage required
• Rotating on-call responsibilities including after-hours Saturdays and Sundays

• Minimum 1 year of Nuclear Medicine experience
• Active BLS certification
• CNMT or NMTCB certification (required at submission)
• State license accepted pending where applicable
• Local candidates accepted

Candidates should have experience in both Adult Nuclear Medicine and Nuclear Cardiology including:

• Gastric Emptying Studies
• HIDA Scans
• MUGA Scans
• Three-Phase Bone Scans
• Whole Body Bone Scans
• Liver Imaging
• Perfusion Studies
• Ventilation/Perfusion (V/Q) Scans
• Exercise and Rest Cardiac Studies
• Pharmacological Stress Testing
• Isolation Precautions
• Starting and Maintaining Peripheral IVs
• Safe Storage Handling and Disposal of Radioactive Materials
