The Role
As a Front Desk Representative you will be the welcoming face of the USTA Billie Jean King National Tennis Center ensuring a positive experience for all players students and guests visiting our facility.
- Warmly greet visitors assist with check-ins and connect guests to court times lessons and program offerings.
- Manage point-of-sale transactions and court reservations efficiently in our booking system.
- Enforce facility policies and safety standards for court access bookings and site usage.
- Assist with the Programs department on community outreach site visits and website course listings.
- Work in conjunction with the programs department to ensure that all classes are uploaded to the NTC website in a timely manner.
- Answer customer inquiries via phone and in person regarding pricing schedules and event details.
- Monitor court usage operate lighting control panels and maintain accurate patron profiles.
- Support special events and key operations including US Open assignments directed by the ITC Manager of Operations and Sr. Business Manager.
Who You Are
- Previous customer service hospitality front desk or related experience preferred.
- Strong interpersonal verbal and written communication skills with a professional phone manner.
- Basic computer proficiency and ability to learn point-of-sale reservation and scheduling systems.
- Strong organizational skills and attention to detail with the ability to manage multiple priorities.
- Ability to remain professional composed and customer-focused in a fast-paced environment.
- Ability to work independently and collaboratively as part of a team.
- Bilingual skills are a plus but not required.
- Must be available to work evenings weekends holidays and special events as needed.
- Must be able to work onsite at the USTA Billie Jean King National Tennis Center.
- Must be available to work a part-time schedule of up to 28 hours per week.

- This is an hourly position with an expected pay rate of $18.50 per hour.
