We are searching for a talented Advanced Practice Practitioner to our Primary Care team.

Hours: Part-time 32 hours.

Shift: Day no weekend holiday or on call

Location: Fall River MA

• The Nurse Practitioner (NP) or Physician Assistant (PA) under the general supervision and direction of the Physician Lead/designee and Practice Manager will provide comprehensive primary care services to patients functioning as an integral member of the healthcare team within a medical home model.
• This role emphasizes high-quality patient centered and evidence-based care in accordance with established clinical guidelines regulatory requirements and organizational policies.

• Physician Assistant: Bachelors Degree in a related field is required. Graduate of an A.M.A.-approved Physician Assistant program is required.
• Nurse Practitioner: Master of Science Degree in Nursing is required.
• Experience in Primary Care is desirable.
• Physician Assistant: Current MA and/or RI Physician Associate License is required based on practice location.
• Certification from a National accrediting body to practice as a Physician Assistant is required.
• Current BLS certification is required.
• Nurse Practitioner: Current MA and/or RI Registered Nurse and Nurse Practitioner License is required based on practice location.
• Certification from a National accrediting body to practice as a Nurse Practitioner is required.
• Current BLS certification is required.
