Healogics is seeking an experienced and compassionate Nurse Practitioner (NP) to provide clinical coverage at two Wound Care and Hyperbaric Oxygen Therapy centers in South Carolina. This part-time position will provide coverage approximately 34 days per week (0.60.8 FTE) across:

• Colleton Medical Center Walterboro SC
• Trident Medical Center Charleston SC

The NP will work collaboratively with the Healogics clinical team and hospital staff to provide high-quality care to patients with chronic wounds and other conditions requiring advanced wound care and hyperbaric oxygen therapy.

• Evaluate diagnose and develop individualized treatment plans for patients with chronic and complex wounds.
• Provide ongoing management and follow-up of wound care patients.
• Participate in the evaluation and management of patients receiving Hyperbaric Oxygen Therapy (HBOT).
• Perform appropriate wound assessments and procedures within the scope of practice.
• Collaborate closely with physicians nurses hospital staff and other members of the multidisciplinary care team.
• Monitor patient progress and adjust treatment plans as clinically appropriate.
• Maintain accurate and timely clinical documentation.
• Educate patients and families regarding wound care treatment plans and disease management.
• Participate in Healogics training education and quality improvement initiatives.
• Help ensure care is delivered in accordance with evidence-based guidelines hospital policies and Healogics standards.

• 0.60.8 FTE
• Approximately 34 days per week
• Coverage will be provided between the Walterboro and Charleston centers based on operational and clinical needs.
• Schedule and distribution of days between the two locations will be discussed during the interview process.

• Current Nurse Practitioner license eligible to practice in South Carolina.
• Graduate of an accredited Nurse Practitioner program.
• Board certification as an NP.
• Current BLS certification; additional certifications as required by the facility.
• Previous experience in wound care hyperbaric medicine surgery emergency medicine or another relevant clinical specialty is preferred.
• Strong clinical assessment communication and critical-thinking skills.
• Ability to work collaboratively within a multidisciplinary healthcare environment.
