In this role youll lead key aspects of the month-end close including reconciliations journal entries and resolving issues in partnership with accounting operations and other teams. Youll manage complex accruals - including customer rebate programs -by analyzing trends collaborating with budget owners and adjusting estimates to ensure accurate payouts. Youll support budgeting alongside the Controller contribute to CAPEX planning and fixed asset accounting and play an active role in audit readiness and SOX compliance. Additionally youll oversee inventory accounting including cycle counts WIP and raw materials review and variance analysis while leveraging tools like Business Central and Power BI to provide meaningful financial insights.

The ideal candidate has a Bachelors degree in Accounting or Finance and 4 years of experience (public accounting with manufacturing exposure considered) along with strong financial analysis skills and an understanding of manufacturing accounting and inventory. CPA or CMA is preferred. Success in this role requires curiosity attention to detail and a proactive outgoing approach to collaborationsomeone who asks questions builds relationships across teams and thrives in a dynamic team-oriented environment.

Salary Range: $73000 - $109000 DOE
