Quick Lube Technician

As a Quick Lube Technician youll start by inspecting andservicingvehicles quickly and thoroughly. Well provide you with the additional training and expertise to ensure youre running optimally. Education and/or Experience:

• The capability to read/comprehend written instructions and information
• Familiarity with all aspects of automotive repair/maintenance
• A valid drivers license and be able to operate manual transmissions
• Minimum of 1 year work experience or vocational school completion
• Prior experience as a technicians helper or apprentice would be highly desirable
• Effective communication and interpersonal skills
• The capacity to stand stoop bend and lift up to 50 pounds
• The capability to work quickly and efficiently in a fast paced environment

What youll be doing:

• Performing multipoint inspection video updates and communicate additional service/repair needs to service advisors
• Inspect fluid levels in steering gears power steering reservoirs transmissions differentials rear axle housings
• Checking tire pressure and rotating tires topping off fluid replacing oil air filters cabin filters
• Lubricating moving parts with specified lubricants
• Draining oil from crankcases and refilling with oil
• Inspecting all vehicles for additional repairs
• Light duty repair and maintanence including brakes batteries belts suspension alignment

Compensation:

Earn $16-$19/hour or up to $22/flag hour (Commission)
