North America Region Demo Operations Lead

The North American Demo Operations Lead works within a fast-paced specialized and dynamic team collaborating with Marketing & Sales and Business Innovation Units & Finance in the Commercial Operations organization.

Your role:

• Manage demonstration equipment inventory in the United States for sales operations at the desired service levels while maintaining the lowest inventory investment possible.

• Perform Weekly Monthly Quarterly and Annual inventory management processes; audits reports cycle-counts and forecasts.

• Manage 3PL relationships and performance metrics.

• Actively participate in New Product Development planning and manage end-of-life to minimize scrap.

• Establish implement and maintain applicable quality system policies and procedures associated with inventory management.

Youre the right fit if:

• Youve acquired 2 years of experience with a Bachelors degree or 1 years of experience with a Masters in areas such as order management logistics process improvement business administration

• Your skills include SLA management continuous improvement supply chain management troubleshooting enterprise resource planning systems order management software business acumen change management people management escalation management order fulfillment resource planning and allocation KPI management and regulatory compliance

• You have a Bachelors or Masters degree in business administration supply chain or operations

• You must be able to successfully perform the following minimum Physical Cognitive and Environmental job requirements with or without accommodation for this position.

• Youre able to indirectly lead and support a team with day-to-day functions the ability to strategize goals for the greater team good communication and strong technical skills

We believe that we are better together than apart. For our office-based teams this means working in-person at least 3 days per week. Onsite roles require full-time presence in the companys facilities. Field roles are most effectively done outside of the companys main facilities generally at the customers or suppliers locations.

Philips Transparency Details

The pay range for this position in Nashville TN is $87000 to $139000.

The actual base pay offered may vary within the posted ranges depending on multiple factors including job-related knowledge/skills experience business needs geographical location and internal equity.

In addition other compensation such as an annual incentive bonus sales commission or long-term incentives may be offered.
