Required Qualifications
A minimum of a masters degree in Industrial Engineering or a closely related engineering field. Strong academic background in one or more of the following areas: probability and statistics design of experiments operations research/prescriptive analytics (exact heuristic and simulation methods) productivity analysis (i.e. facilities planning quality engineering production systems methods engineering lean manufacturing project management supply chain engineering) human factors engineering economics and computational data analytics. Excellent written and oral communication skills.
Preferred Qualifications
A Ph.D. in Industrial Engineering or a closely related engineering field. Previous experience teaching undergraduate engineering courses as the instructor of record. Expertise with Industry 4.0 or 5.0 technologies and trends such as digital twins automation smart factories big data sustainability and resiliency . Industrial experience.
