Key Responsibilities

  • Drives enterprise supply chain programs to close capacity gaps enable ramp readiness and protect revenue delivery across fiscal horizons
  • Translates complex supply chain issues into clear data-driven executive insights and decision recommendations
  • May leads or contribute with cross-functional task force execution across materials capacity supplier and engineering workstreams with clear ownership and accountability
  • Establishes and enforces program governance including weekly cadence executive reporting and structured escalation pathways
  • Defines KPI frameworks and reporting standards enabling consistent executive-ready program visibility
  • Owns centralized execution systems enabling real-time tracking data visibility and action management
  • Prioritizes and drives execution of high-impact initiatives (e.g. capacity unlock projects supply recovery plans constraint removal)
  • Leads capacity planning and supplier readiness including constraint identification mitigation planning and supply-demand alignment
  • Aligns engineering and supplier execution including qualification workflows (SNF/F29) and readiness gating

Functional Knowledge

  • Expertise in supply chain ramp readiness execution capacity modeling and with an understanding of the product release process
  • Strong knowledge of supplier management engineering qualification processes and risk mitigation frameworks
  • Proficient in enterprise tools and systems to enable execution discipline reporting accuracy and data transparency

Business Expertise

  • Applies end-to-end understanding of supply chain impact on revenue customer commitments and market share
  • Aligns demand supply and engineering readiness to deliver predictable output and scalable execution
  • Supports enterprise strategy by driving constraint removal supply continuity and throughput optimization

Leadership

  • Leads large-scale cross-functional programs with global stakeholders and executive visibility
  • Establishes clear ownership accountability and operating rhythm across all workstreams
  • Drives execution culture aligned with leadership expectations: Urgency Governance discipline Metric-driven execution
  • Reinforces proactive escalation and decision-making discipline across teams

Problem Solving

  • Resolves complex and deep supply chain challenges including capacity shortages supplier constraints engineering dependencies and supplier yield
  • Develops prioritization frameworks targeting highest-impact constraints and revenue risks
  • Drives continuous improvement in execution flow governance models and decision velocity

  • Directly impacts business performance by enabling supply-demand alignment shipment predictability and revenue protection
  • Drives measurable improvements in capacity availability throughput and supply chain performance
  • Influences enterprise outcomes supporting multi-quarter ramp readiness and market competitiveness

The salary offered to a selected candidate will be based on multiple factors including location hire grade job-related knowledge skills experience and with consideration of internal equity of our current team addition to a comprehensive benefits package candidates may be eligible for other forms of compensation such as participation in a bonus and a stock award program as applicable.

For all sales roles the posted salary range is the Target Total Cash (TTC) range for the role which is the sum of base salary and target bonus amount at 100% goal achievement.
