Requirements

Basic Qualifications

High school diploma or GED
At least 6 months customer service experience (remote preferred)
Strong communication and listening skills
Comfortable working across multiple systems
Quiet dedicated home office setup

Technical Requirements

Windows 11 PC (8GB RAM minimum 16GB recommended)
USB noise-canceling headset
Wired high-speed internet (no WiFi-only setups)
Dual monitors strongly recommended
