Youll focus solely on patient care as a dedicated rapid response team handles codes and procedures supported by streamlined workflows and modern EHR systems for efficient patient management.

To be successful in this role you will be a Board-Certified/Board-Eligible Internal Medicine or Family Medicine Physician with an active Texas license. We seek strong clinical skills in inpatient medicine excellent communication and a commitment to patient-centered care within a collaborative efficient team. Required:

• Doctor of Medicine (MD) or Doctor of Osteopathic Medicine (DO) degree from an accredited institution.
• Board certification or eligibility in Internal Medicine or Family Medicine.
• Active or eligible license in the state of Texas.
• Strong clinical skills in inpatient medicine including the assessment diagnosis and management of acute and chronic conditions.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills to effectively interact with patients families and multidisciplinary healthcare teams in a hospital setting.
• Ability to work collaboratively in a team-oriented hospital environment adapting to a structured 7-on/7-off schedule.
• Commitment to providing high-quality compassionate care and ensuring patient satisfaction within a rapid response team supported model.
