Summary

Entry level position performing basic technical functions on assigned projects. Involves activities such as testing troubleshooting following procedures and recording results. Further activity includes repairing modules and/or equipment and supporting production requirements for low volume/high mix of products. Works in accordance with workmanship standards (mechanical and/or electronic) general objectives improving and refining devices and methods as necessary. Typically works with a Lead/Subject Matter Experts and direct supervisors.

Duties and Responsibilities
  • Reads understands and follows work procedures to accurately record results.
  • Learns from Project Leads/Subject Matter Experts while demonstrating technical aptitude.
  • Uses equipment techniques and tools necessary to complete tasks.
  • Participates in teamwork related activities without expectation to demonstrate any informal leadership skills.
  • Develops skills in reading and understanding basic documentation and drawings that define the work being performed.
  • Performs work under close supervision and direction while learning the basics of Honeywell Operating Sytems (HOS) and Management Operating Systems (MOS).
You Must Have
  • High school diploma
  • Ability to travel up to 5% of the time
  • United States Citizenship
  • Ability to work on-site as directed by management and as determined by the needs of the business
  • Regular and reliable attendance is an essential function of this job.
  • Ability to obtain and maintain a U.S. Department of Energy (DOE) security clearance (some positions require additional DOE designations)
