Night call: 5p-8a Weekend call: Fri 5p - Mon 8aPatient / Caseload Information: 8-10 deliveries per month Less than 15 patients per day in Clinic C section- 21% Occasional high risk but mostly lowStaff Information: 2 OBGYNs RN MA C section assist when on callBoard Certification Requirements: Certified - Current certification or active participation in the examination process with achievement of certification within 5 years leading to certification in OBGYN by the American Board of Obstetrics and GynecologyEMR: EPICPrivileging Criteria: Required current experience: case logs must reflect at least 50 vaginal deliveries and at least 20 C-Sections in the past 12 months and the performance of at least 25 gynecological surgical procedures (to include at least 5 major abdominal cases) reflective of the scope of privileges requested in the past 12 Requirements See attached Contagious Disease Workforce Immunity Requirement PDF - Provider will also need to complete an offsite drug screen in order to be cleared to start.
