See privileging criteria will require hospital privileges which can take up to 90 days. Possible option for temp privileges if provider has a clean history Requirements See attached Contagious Disease Workforce Immunity Requirement PDF - Provider will also need to complete an offsite drug screen in order to be cleared to start. Agency must schedule this no earlier than 14 days from the providers start date.
