You prioritize actively participating in customer interactions with team members throughout the store to achieve performance goals and business priorities. nnA Manager is responsible for driving the performance of key goals within assigned areas of the store in addition to company priorities. You work alongside and collaborate with others to execute strategy and deliver on Apples goals.

Lead a team developing and empowering each team member to learn grow and achieve performance and developmental with recruiting training developing and retaining a diverse high-performing participate in Floor Leadership by interacting with team members and customers throughout the store modeling what good looks like and making sure that business priorities are met and exceptional customer service is customer and team member concerns and escalations and partner with leadership and key business or People partners when business priorities and achieve store performance goals by planning and executing operational strategies within assigned functional and uphold company policies and procedures and protect all company assets including confidential business customer team member and financial other tasks as to an inclusive environment by respecting each others differences and having the curiosity to Apples values of inclusion and diversity in daily a role model for inclusive leadership behaviors and build develop and retain diverse action to create a safe respectful and inclusive environment for all team members.n

Dit houdt in:nBeschikbaar zijn om te werken volgens een rooster op basis van de behoeften van je Store. Dit kan betekenen dat je savonds in het weekend of tijdens feestdagen moet werken. Je verschijnt stipt op het werk volgens je rooster overeenkomstig de lokale wetgeving met uitzondering van eventuele goedgekeurde goede beheersing van het Engels en de lokale taal (schriftelijk en mondeling).nErvaring met het aansturen van anderen in de detailhandel verkoop of een vergelijkbaar gebied.

Je kunt: nMet succes doelen overtreffen en doorzetten om doelen te halen ook bij tegenslag of nakomen en mechanismes ontwikkelen om anderen te stimuleren hetzelfde te team vertrouwen inboezemen en werken met een hoog goede beslissingen nemen door vragen te stellen en analyses ervaring en beoordelingsvermogen te communiceren en je communicatiestijl aanpassen aan je helpen bij hun ontwikkeling via mentoring coaching en effectieve bieden en anderen door uitdagingen heen loodsen terwijl je kalm blijft in een hectische veranderlijke oplossen en geschillen beslechten op een productieve manier.
