Position Overview:
We are seeking a motivatedB Level Technician to join our service team. This role is ideal for someone looking to gain hands-on automotive experience while working in a supportive team-oriented environment. Training is provided and advancement opportunities are available.

Salary: Hourly Rate $20-$40/hour

Sign On Bonus: $2500

Responsibilities Include:

• Performing routine maintenance:
• Oil changes
• Tire rotations
• Brake service
• Fluid exchanges
• Battery replacement
• Handling moderate mechanical repairs:
• Suspension work
• Steering components
• Water pumps
• Alternators/starters
• Radiators
• Basic engine repairs
• Diagnosing common problems:
• Check engine lights
• Electrical faults
• Drivability concerns
• No-start conditions
• HVAC issues
• Using diagnostic tools:
• Scan tools/OBD-II systems
• Multimeters
• Service information software
• Conduct basic multi-point vehicle inspections
• Identify and report any safety concerns or needed repairs to service advisors
• Maintain a clean organized and safe work area
• Follow dealership and manufacturer service procedures
• Work efficiently while maintaining high-quality workmanship

Qualifications:

• Previous experience in automotive repair and maintenance
• Ability to work in a fast-paced environment
• Strong attention to detail and willingness to learn
• Reynolds and Reynolds experience is a plus but not required
• Valid drivers license and clean driving record
