Hourly Pay Rate: $19.75 to $21.50 an hour

Schedule: Wed-Sat 9:00PM - 7:00AM

Join amission-driven trauma-informed patient-centeredteam supporting adolescents (1217) inmental health treatment recovery and life-skills development. As a Behavioral Health Technician (BHT) youll partner with licensed clinicians to providedirect patient care crisis intervention de-escalation and therapeutic engagement.

• Facilitategroup activities(art music recreation) to build coping skills
• Providebehavioral support mentoring and structured routines
• Useevidence-based trauma-informed care techniques
• Document progress and collaborate with clinical teams
• Respond to escalations usingsafe intervention protocols

• 21 with HS diploma/GED (degree in human services preferred)
• 01 year inbehavioral health education coaching or youth services(preferred)
• Willingness forCPR/First Aid physical intervention training(provided)
• Ability to stand move quickly and supportcrisis stabilization
• Must pass background and drug screening per MO law
• Bonus for prior mental health or youth experience
