Production Laborer 2nd Shift

12-hour rotating schedule (6:00 PM 6:00 AM)

Job Overview

We are hiring Production Laborers to join a fast-paced manufacturing team! In this role you will operate production machinery inspect products for quality and help maintain a safe and efficient work environment.

Responsibilities

• Operate and monitor production machinery
• Perform visual inspections and quality checks on products
• Follow detailed work instructions and safety guidelines
• Maintain a clean and organized work area
• Meet daily production and quality goals
• Work effectively in a team environment

Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent (preferred)
• Previous production or machine operating experience (preferred)
• Ability to follow instructions and pay attention to detail
• Ability to stand for long periods
• Must be able to lift up to 50 lbs. repetitively
• Reliable attendance and punctuality

Work Environment

• Warehouse setting with fluctuating temperatures
• Fast-paced production environment

Dress Code

• Closed-toe shoes required
• Casual clothing (no graphic shirts or tank tops)
• Water allowed in clear non-breakable containers in work areas
