What were looking for in our next Team Member

• Active nurse registration/license in good standing with the right to practice in North Carolina.
• Prior experience in long-term care (skilled/assisted) or CCRC is highly preferred.
• Strong communication skills; able to maintain positive relationships with residents families guests and staff.
• Customer service focus; able to resolve resident grievances promptly; ensures quick resolution of conflict/issues.
• Strong time management skills; able to understand organize and prioritize tasks to ensure timely completion.
• Team player; happy to help others when needed.
• Flexible schedule with ability to work on-call.
