Night Manager On Duty

As the Manager on Duty for Westgate Resorts at our River Ranch FL property you will be responsible for leading and supporting the front desk team. As a Manager on Duty you will:

• Perform property inspections to ensure that service levels are of highest standards.
• Support Front Desk with any guest situations that arise
• Act as liaison between all departments to ensure proper communication and teamwork is taking place
• Is responsible for the overall direction coordination and evaluation of units.
• Interviewing hiring and training team members; planning assigning and directing work; appraising performance; rewarding and disciplining team members; addressing complaints and resolving guest issues

Qualifications :

What are we looking for

• Full open availability night shifts
• At least 2 years of hospitality management with resort experience preferred
• Must have a valid Drivers License
• Associate degree (A. A.) or equivalent from two-year college or technical school; or six months to one-year related experience and/or training; or equivalent combination of education and experience
